1. Core Architecture

The boss_agent_core.py file is the single source of truth for:

• Agent Initialization & Lifecycle
• AGENT_REGISTRY Composition
• MCP Tool Registration
• SRPVDAL Loop Orchestration (Sense -> Reason -> Decide -> Act -> Learn)

2. Registry Management

The AGENT_REGISTRY is the master directory of all available agents and services. CRITICAL RULE: The AGENT_REGISTRY must never be overwritten by CELL_REGISTRY.

• Correct Pattern: AGENT_REGISTRY.update(CELL_REGISTRY)
• Incorrect Pattern: AGENT_REGISTRY = CELL_REGISTRY.copy() (This causes service loss)

3. Deployment

• Service Name: boss-agent-adk
• Region: us-central1
• EntryPoint: boss_agent_core.py
