MIZOKICloudRun — Repository Layout
Status: living map (housekeeping wave 2026-07-27)
Rule: deploy path filters and Cloud Build contexts are load-bearing — rename them only with a coordinated CI change.

Operator rules: push/pull through git against GitHub — do not treat Drive as a second git remote. Exclude .git/ from Drive sync when possible (Drive conflict copies inside .git corrupt the repo; use make repair-git). Distributions and release zips may also live under My Drive/MIZ/Distributions/ as share copies. Claude memory parity is managed by python3 scripts/claude_memory.py sync-drive --apply and check-drive; never hand-edit the Drive memory copy as an independent source.

Load-bearing — .github/workflows/srpvdal-slsa-deploy.yml runs docker build . from repo root for mizoki/srpvdal-cell. Do not move/archive without updating that workflow (and its paths: filter). A copy under docs/archive/root_cleanup_20260727/ is historical only. |

Housekeeping already applied (2026-07-27)
- Removed tracked root
actionlint binary (CI should install the binary, not vendor Mach-O).
- Moved root prose / install guides / orphan
index.html under docs/ (initial move of root Dockerfile broke SLSA — restored; see Thin root table).
- Removed untracked
mizoki-remediation/ leftover (canonical code already under services/service-*, ops/remediation/, contracts/).
- Added
.github/dependabot.yml, CODEOWNERS, ISSUE_TEMPLATE/.
- 2026-07-28: Restored root
Dockerfile; path-filtered srpvdal-slsa-deploy.yml so docs-only pushes skip the SLSA rebuild.
Follow-ups (operator decision)
- Retire
apps/web — unused Next scaffold; still referenced by root workspaces + .github/workflows/frontend-guard.yml. Retarget the guard at miz-oki-command-center-ui/ then remove the scaffold (touches package-lock.json).
- Confirm GitHub team
mediaintelligence/mizoki-platform exists before requiring CODEOWNER reviews.
- Dead Drive placeholder zips (if any remain) — recover via Drive UI or delete; do not treat
ls size as readable content on DriveFS.
- Do not bulk-rename cells/services to match a prettier tree — Deploy Router + path filters own those names.
