Boss Agent Skills Registry (SKILLS.md) — moved 2026-09-02
SUPERSEDED by docs/BOSS_AGENT_SKILLS_REGISTRY.md — the one canonical file for the
Boss Agent skills registry (WS-2 duplicate-topic consolidation, Strategy Resolution
Plan v1.0 Wave 1).

docs/SKILLS.md (registry copy, "Version 6.13.7 / 427 tools", Jan 2026) |
docs/history/duplicate_topics_2026-09-02/SKILLS.md — archived body, byte-for-byte after its supersession line |
What it contained: an older snapshot of the same registry (same H1, contradictory
headline counts — both January-2026 counts are historical; see the dated truth banner
on the canonical file). Nothing here governs; .claude/skills/BOSS_AGENT_SKILLS.md is a
different artifact (an index of .claude/skills/) and was not touched.
