MIZ OKI 3.5 Architecture Update

Date: May 31, 2026 Purpose: Correct and clarify the MIZ OKI 3.5 architecture so future agents do not hard-code the platform to five departments.

Correction

MIZ OKI 3.5 is not limited to Legal, Estate, Media, Capital, and Risk.

Those are current business examples only. The architecture is department-adaptive. If an enterprise has 3 departments, the system can instantiate 3 domain cells. If it has 19 departments, the system can instantiate 19 domain cells. If a future company has 40 operating units, the same pattern applies.

The correct abstraction is:

One Brain → Many Dynamic Department Lenses

The shared brain is the Temporal-Causal Knowledge Graph and Decision Control Plane. The lenses are dynamically generated Domain Cells aligned to the customer’s actual organization.

Updated Architecture

MIZ OKI 3.5 is an autonomous decision intelligence operating system. The defining question is not:

Can AI act?

The defining question is:

What conditions must be true before AI is allowed to act?

The platform plugs into existing enterprise stacks such as ERP, CRM, SIEM, data lakes, legal systems, finance systems, media systems, operations workflows, and department-specific systems. It converts fragmented signals into governed, threshold-aware actions.

SRPVDAL Engine

Every signal flows through the deterministic SRPVDAL loop:

  1. Sense — Ingest and contextualize multi-source event streams, telemetry, logs, data warehouses, market feeds, documents, and asset states.
  2. Reason — Model systemic relationships and causal dependencies through the Temporal-Causal Knowledge Graph.
  3. Plan — Generate constraint-aware action blueprints, fallback pathways, dependencies, owners, and required resources.
  4. Validate / Verify — Stress-test plans against policy, compliance, regulatory rules, feasibility, identity, and data sufficiency.
  5. Decide — Score paths by confidence, risk, ROI, authority, and historical feedback.
  6. Act — Execute approved actions through governed APIs, workflows, and runtime protocols.
  7. Learn — Feed outcomes back into graph memory, policy baselines, confidence weights, and future decision logic.

One Brain, Dynamic Department Lenses

The system creates a Domain Cell for each relevant department or operating unit.

Examples include but are not limited to:

These cells are not separate applications. They are specialized execution lenses connected to one shared system memory.

Temporal-Causal Knowledge Graph

The TCKG is the living memory of the platform. It stores:

It supports counterfactual simulation, replay, cross-department reasoning, learning, and policy refinement.

Decision Control Plane

The DCP governs what actions are allowed. It checks:

The DCP routes decisions into three zones:

Green → autonomous execution
Yellow → human review
Red → blocked or executive escalation

Simulation Console and Replay Engine

The website and operator interface should demonstrate the architecture through a simulator. The simulator should allow users to:

The simulator must not imply only five department types. It should show a configurable department model.

Operational KPIs

MIZ OKI 3.5 measures autonomous decision quality through:

These KPIs apply across every department cell, regardless of how many departments the customer has.

Website Copy Rule

Do not write copy that implies MIZ OKI has only five departments or five fixed modules.

Correct framing:

MIZ OKI adapts to your organization. Every department becomes a governed intelligence lens connected to one shared causal brain.

Incorrect framing:

MIZ OKI has five departments: Legal, Estate, Media, Capital, and Risk.

Final Positioning

MIZ OKI 3.5 is a living autonomous enterprise cognition system. It learns the shape of each organization and creates governed intelligence cells around the company’s real operating structure.
