Boss Agent Enhanced Orchestration Architecture
Overview
Boss Agent has been enhanced to serve as a central orchestrator that can intelligently route user tasks to any of the 32+ cells or specialized agents (MOA, MOE, Coding MOA) in the MIZOKI system.
Key Capabilities
1. Comprehensive Agent Registry
Boss Agent now maintains a complete registry of all system components: - MOA/MOE Consensus Agents (3): Multi-model consensus, expert routing - Data Pipeline Cells (1-5): Ingestion, streaming, validation, transformation, storage - Analytics Cells (6-10): Pattern recognition, causal inference, graph analysis, prediction, knowledge synthesis - Decision & Optimization Cells (11-15): Decision-making, optimization, risk analysis, strategy, validation - Execution & Monitoring Cells (16-20): Task execution, API gateway, monitoring, feedback loop - Advanced Analytics Cells (21-32): ML, NLP, vision, observability, security, cost optimization, A/B testing, anomaly detection, recommendations, ROI analysis
2. Intelligent Task Routing
Boss Agent automatically routes tasks to the appropriate agent/cell based on:
Explicit Cell References
User: "Use cell 7 to analyze the causal impact"
→ Routes to Cell 7 (Causal Engine)
Keyword Matching
User: "Optimize our budget allocation"
→ Keyword "optimize" → Routes to Cell 12 (Optimization Engine)
User: "Detect anomalies in the data"
→ Keyword "anomaly" → Routes to Cell 29 (Anomaly Detection)
User: "Predict next quarter's revenue"
→ Keyword "predict" → Routes to Cell 9 (Prediction Engine)
Complex Tasks (MOA/MOE)
User: "Give me a consensus analysis from multiple models"
→ Routes to MOA Controller (4-model consensus: Claude, Gemini, GPT-4, Grok)
User: "Complex code debugging needed"
→ Routes to Coding MOA (specialized multi-model coding agent)
3. Universal Access
Boss Agent can now access ANY cell in the system. Examples:
| User Request | Routed To | Capability |
|---|---|---|
| "Ingest data from API" | Cell 1 | Data ingestion |
| "Validate the dataset" | Cell 3 | Data quality validation |
| "Find patterns in user behavior" | Cell 6 | Pattern detection |
| "What's causing the revenue drop?" | Cell 7 | Causal inference |
| "Create a knowledge graph" | Cell 8 | Graph RAG |
| "Recommend next steps" | Cell 11 | Decision-making |
| "Optimize campaign performance" | Cell 12 | Optimization |
| "Assess financial risk" | Cell 13 | Risk analysis |
| "Monitor system health" | Cell 19 | System monitoring |
| "Calculate ROI" | Cell 32 | ROI analysis |
Architecture Pattern: Invocation, Not Deployment
CRITICAL: Boss Agent invokes pre-deployed services. It does NOT deploy them.
Before (Incorrect)
User: "Fix cell 3"
→ Boss triggers Cloud Build (8-12 minutes)
→ Builds Docker container
→ Deploys to Cloud Run
❌ WRONG: Services are already deployed
After (Correct)
User: "Fix cell 3"
→ Boss invokes Cell 3's /process endpoint (3-5 seconds)
→ Cell 3 performs self-diagnostics and fixes
→ Returns status report
✅ CORRECT: Fast invocation of running service

Agent Registry Structure
self.agent_registry = {
"cell_7": {
"name": "Causal Engine",
"url": "https://miz-oki-cell7-698171499447.us-central1.run.app",
"type": "cell",
"capabilities": ["causal-inference", "attribution"]
},
# ... 35 more agents
}
Routing Logic
- Check explicit mentions: "use cell X"
- Match keywords: "optimize" → optimization capability
- Find matching agent: Search registry for capability match
- Invoke agent: POST to agent's endpoint with task
Invocation Flow

Usage Examples
Example 1: Data Pipeline Task
User: "Stream and validate incoming Meta campaign data"
Boss: Routes to Cell 2 (Stream Processing) → Cell 3 (Data Validation)
Example 2: Complex Analysis
User: "Analyze causality and predict impact"
Boss: Routes to Cell 7 (Causal Engine) → Cell 9 (Prediction Engine)
Example 3: Consensus Decision
User: "Should we increase budget? Get consensus from multiple models"
Boss: Routes to MOA Controller (Claude + Gemini + GPT-4 + Grok)
Example 4: Code Debugging
User: "Debug the cell 3 GraphRAG integration"
Boss: Routes to Coding MOA (specialized code analysis)
Benefits
- Single Entry Point: Users interact with Boss Agent; Boss handles routing
- Intelligent Delegation: Automatic selection of the right tool for the job
- Fast Execution: Invocation takes 3-5 seconds (vs 8-12 minutes for deployment)
- Scalable: Can easily add new cells/agents to registry
- Context-Aware: Boss maintains conversation history and context
Next Steps
- Deploy updated Boss Agent with enhanced registry
- Test intelligent routing with various user requests
- Monitor routing accuracy and adjust keyword mappings
- Add capability discovery (agents can self-report capabilities)
- Implement multi-agent orchestration (sequential and parallel task execution)
