Executive Summary

The V6.8.x series introduced sophisticated logic (Knowledge Graph Control Loop, Edge Inference, MCP Connector Registry V2) but the deployment infrastructure was not fully updated. Attempting to deploy V6.8.2 would result in build failures and runtime crashes. V6.9.0 resolves all critical issues.
