Why it was withdrawn: it pre-dates the extension security review (../reports/CHROME_EXTENSION_SECURITY_REVIEW_2026-09-02.md); every version it describes carries the C1/C2 findings closed in 6.48.x; the tools count is not a measured figure. Install material is now gated on review §10 (2026-09-25): install is permitted for the reviewed 6.48.1 build only.
