duplicate_topics_2026-09-02
Bodies moved out of their duplicate locations on 2026-09-02 by WS-2 (Strategy Resolution
Plan v1.0, Wave 1 "hygiene & truth"; standing rule: one canonical file per topic —
supersede to history/ with a pointer stub, never delete). Each file here is the
original body byte-for-byte after a first line SUPERSEDED by <canonical path> and one
blank line. They are kept because they are dated records that other dated records cite
(docs/legacy/**, docs/reports/FRONTEND_UI_IMPROVEMENT_PLAN.md), and because "moved
to history" is checkable while "deleted" is not.
