Pilot request — privacy statement
Surface: the two-field pilot request form on /shopify (rendered only when the PILOT_FORM flag is on; status IN BUILD, dark by default).
Run: Strategic Eval Remediation, Run 1 item 1.F.3 (2026-09-02). Adjacent to the form; linked from it.
What we collect
- Your work email and your store URL (reduced to its host name). Nothing else.
- Both are stored once, under a key derived from the pair, so sending the form twice creates one record, not two.
What we do not collect
- No cookies are set by the form, no tracking pixel loads, and no third-party analytics script runs on this page.
- No IP address, browser fingerprint, user-agent string or session identifier is stored with your request.
- The aggregate page-event counter that may run behind the
SITE_EVENTSflag stores only an event name, the page path, the test variant, the hour, and a coarse referrer class (direct / search / AI answer engine / social / other). It never stores the referring address itself, and it is keyed to nothing about you.
What happens next
- One person at Media Intelligence receives an e-mail with your store host and email address and replies. There is no automated sequence.
- Your request is a request for a conversation about the 90-Day Growth Control Pilot. Submitting it starts nothing on your store, connects nothing, and grants nothing. Every pilot step after the conversation goes through the governed onboarding and approval paths.
Retention and removal
- Pilot requests are kept until the conversation concludes or for 12 months, whichever is sooner, then deleted.
- To have your request removed earlier, reply to the confirmation e-mail or write to the address on the
/contactpage; removal uses the same key the record was written under.
Labels
- This statement describes the form as built. The form is IN BUILD and not shown on the live site until the flag is turned on by the operator; no request has been collected through it.
