docs/misc — relocated 2026-09-01 (WS-0)
This folder was a landing zone for stray files. The Strategy Resolution Plan
v1.0 (WS-0, Part A review finding 3: "supersede, don't destroy") moved the
reference copies here to docs/history/misc_relocated_2026-09-01/:

Removed from the tree in the same change: a customer data export (*.csv,
16,425 rows — see docs/reports/WS0_PII_SCANNER_REPORT_2026-09-01.md for the
history-purge decision, which is the owner's) and a junk-named file that was a
captured error message, not a document.
Rule that now governs this tree: every .csv/.tsv/.xlsx/.parquet under
docs/ is withheld from the documentation portal unless its path is listed in
docs/_inventory/tabular_allowlist.txt.
