Shopify Install Acceptance Criteria v1.0

Row 30's bar — every step is a test.

A merchant, unassisted:

  1. Installs via OAuth per architecture/SHOPIFY_OAUTH_INSTALL_DESIGN.md — scopes shown honestly.
  2. Web Pixel extension activates (extends existing collector; second collector = build error).
  3. Consent state honored from first event — no consent, no persistence.
  4. Commerce sync: orders/refunds/COGS/inventory land in order_economics; missing unit_cost surfaces as a named onboarding task, not silence.
  5. COGS worksheet completes net_yield_costs.yaml.
  6. Tenant enters Day-1 Observe at L0, all flags off, dashboard shows not_configured honestly for absent inputs.
  7. Uninstall = erasure cascade round-trip, verified.

Each step is a test. Any step unbuilt → named register item blocking APPROVED: LAUNCH for the app surface (platform launch may proceed without the app; say which is launching).
