Answer: NO - Cells Do NOT Need Redeployment

Why?:

1. All cells are already deployed to Cloud Run
2. Boss Agent integration is SERVER-SIDE - Boss Agent knows the cell URLs
3. Cells don't need to know about Boss Agent - Boss Agent calls them
4. Communication is one-way: Boss Agent → Cells (not cells → Boss Agent)
5. Cell 2 was the only exception - Needed BOSS_AGENT_URL for reporting (already redeployed)

Boss Agent (updated) → Calls existing Cell services
                    ↓
                Cell URLs point to already-deployed services
                    ↓
                Cells respond normally (no changes needed)
