Owner release — audit-lane PRs (2026-09-10)

Owner statement in Cowork, 2026-09-10: triple release Approved[:]push / Approved[:]merge / Approved[:]commit (bracketed here per the gate-leak rule — never write the token in full in any repo-bound file).

Scope as recorded by the Cowork session

Applies to the audit-execution lane open as of 2026-09-10 on MIZOKI-3-5/MIZOKICloudRun: draft PR #1016 (CC-1: WO-01..07 + WO-47, CI clean) and draft PR #1015 (CX-1: WO-00 + WO-31), plus the commits/pushes those merges require (e.g. the second-to-merge redo of CLAUDE.md + .claude/memory/* on the new tip).

Conditions carried forward (unchanged from the audit-lane conventions)

  1. #1016 is releasable now — CI clean. Mark ready → merge. Its merge auto-dispatches the 10 non-governance deploys by path design (merge-fired, part of the approved merge); the governance-trio manual dispatch is NOT covered — no deploy release was given.
  2. #1015 is NOT releasable red. It carries a deliberately red vitest (unfixed WO-30 half) and a red tsc typecheck job. Standing releases have always been conditional on gates green; merging red would also re-break main CI for every bot. Path: run CX-1b (WO-30 stale-lane freshness — owns lib/bff/adapters/lanes.ts + lanes-contract.ts + tenant_economics.py), clear the deliberate-red marker, redo the CLAUDE.md/.claude/memory rewrite on the post-#1016 tip, CI green → then this release covers its merge. If the owner wants #1015 merged red anyway, that requires an explicit in-session instruction saying so.
  3. Open owner decision NOT settled by this release: WO-01 blocks the live F4 calibration passport — owner must still rule (i) supply evidence or (ii) declared exploration exemption (CC-1b prompt is staged for path ii).
  4. Merge order: #1016 first, then #1015 after its redo-on-new-tip.

Execution

The Cowork session cannot reach the org repo (session token predates the org grant — WO-46 GitHub App re-grant still open). Execution is the owner's terminal/gh, the Mac .command path, or a repo-attached Code session citing this record.
