Production Fixes Summary - MIZOKI 3.0

Overview

Applied critical production fixes to resolve model ID instability, enhance MOA consensus quality, and correct architectural patterns.

Fixes Applied

1. Boss Agent Model Stability ✅

File: miz-oki-adk-agents/boss/app.py

Problem: Boss Agent was using deprecated/unstable Claude model identifier @20240620, causing fallback errors.

Fix:

2. MOA Evaluator - Already Optimal ✅

File: miz-oki-adk-agents/moa/moa_controller.py

Status: Already using Gemini 3.1 Pro Thinking (line 67), which is superior to the suggested gemini-1.5-pro-002.

3. Frontend Architecture - Invocation Pattern ✅

Files: - miz-oki-command-center-ui/app/api/boss/deploy/route.ts (already fixed) - miz-oki-command-center-ui/app/api/boss/chat/route.ts (already fixed)

Problem: UI attempted to build Docker containers at runtime (8-12 min) instead of invoking pre-deployed services (3-5 sec).

Fix: Deploy endpoint now returns instant success for MOA/MOE agents:

Changes Made

1. Boss Agent (app.py): - Added CLAUDE_MODEL, CLAUDE_MAX_TOKENS, CLAUDE_REGION constants - Updated all anthropic_client.messages.create() calls to use constants - Updated initialization logging

2. MOA Controller (moa_controller.py): - No changes needed (already optimal) - Verified Gemini 3.1 Pro Thinking is active

3. Frontend (deploy/route.ts, chat/route.ts): - Already fixed in previous iteration - Deploy route redirects to invocation pattern

4. Deployment Script: - Created deploy_production_fixes.sh - Automated deployment to us-east5 (Boss) and us-central1 (MOA/UI)
