RESUME_HERE — historical session notes (pointer)
Status (2026-09-02, WS-2 duplicate-topic consolidation): the RESUME_HERE* files
under docs/status/ were December-2025 session hand-off notes (CI lint scope, Boss Agent
v5.0 deploy state, command-center migration). They are historical records, not current
state. This file is the one canonical entry for that topic; the dated notes are archived
under docs/history/duplicate_topics_2026-09-02/status/ (each carries a supersession
line on its first line, otherwise byte-for-byte).
