Whitepaper truth reconciliation -- 13 August 2026
Subject: MIZ OKI 3.5 -- Operating Knowledge Intelligence Final Updated Whitepaper (v2, 10 July 2026)
Action: archived as v2; superseded by v3.0 in this directory
Authority: MIZOKICloudRun tree + TRUTH.md + docs/architecture/CELL_REGISTRY.md
This document is an internal reconciliation record, not an external claim.
The Drive file MIZ OKI 3.5 -- Operating Knowledge Intelligence Final Updated Whitepaper.pdf (BUSINESS folder and Patent Application copy) is byte-identical to the PDF that has been on GitHub main since commit b82e29be (13 July 2026, md5 a8dd5bd143c40bd63775ac28de21b0dd). Merging the Drive artifact into GitHub was already done. v3 is the content update so the paper matches measured MIZOKICloudRun work.
What stayed
The category thesis, SRPVDAL as the operating system, nervous-system (not brain) metaphor, five-primitive shape, Domain Intelligence Cell versus Horizontal Platform Service split, ACT-991 as an illustrative scenario, pending-patent (not issued) language, and the Palantir / Aera / Agentforce / Copilot differentiation frame.
What was corrected
| v2 claim | Measured MIZOKICloudRun fact | v3 treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Knowledge layer "projected across Neo4j, BigQuery, and complementary stores" | Owner retired Neo4j 9 August 2026; Firestore is the live KG backend | Firestore + BigQuery; Neo4j named as retired |
| Decision Control Plane marketed as a product primitive | Canon: DCP is a real internal subsystem; external copy must not market it as a product | Reframed as "governed decision pathway"; DCP kept as internal name |
| Claim labels "verified, benchmarked, targeted, or illustrative" and "pilot target" | Closed vocabulary is verified result / benchmark result / pilot result / design target / illustrative scenario | Section 18 rewritten to the closed set |
| Autonomy modes listed without the L0-L5 ladder or Stage 3 default | Fleet default is Stage 3 recommend-only; finance/CRE advisory-only; promotion gates Brier <= 0.20, AUC >= 0.72, >= 2 purchase cycles | Section 3.6 and 9 updated |
| CMEK stated as present ("customer-managed keys via Cloud KMS") | CMEK terraform exists; no keyring applied (operator remainder) | Relabeled design target |
| Roadmap Phases 1-5 written as future work | Governance layer live-verified 27 July 2026; intent family live in Shadow; connector gateway deployed; Command Center serving flag-off | Replaced with a measured status table |
| "32-cell" / unnamed engineering fleet | 37 registered cells (32 production + 4 LII + Cell 37) | Section 5 distinguishes domain cells from numbered cells |
| EU AI Act "generally applicable from August 2, 2026" as future | As of 13 August 2026 the Act is generally applicable | Timeline restated as current |
| iROAS / holdout / measurement hierarchy absent | Binding: iROAS drives DECIDE; no LII activation without a pre-registered holdout | Added to Decide/Act and objections |
| Signal for Shopify / ORACLE / marketing-connector gateway absent | First commercial instance and live ingest topology | Sections 5.1, 5.7, 6.6 |
| Command Center described as a finished product surface | Serving flag-off; authenticated launch blocked on Supabase provisioning | Honest measured paragraph |
What was not upgraded
No business figure was moved off design target. No Stage 2 benchmark is claimed. ACT-991 remains an illustrative scenario. Connector providers remain ready-to-connect, not live-synced. Cell 37 external-intelligence remainder stays in build. Constitution preamble still says "36 cells" -- that Article VI patch is an owner item and was not edited here.
