The Adaptive Enterprise Ontology maps your real org structure into a living knowledge graph. The SRDAL loop governs every decision cycle. The Decision Control Plane authorizes what reaches your systems — with every department, workflow, and ADC reading and writing the same substrate.

Subsystem 01

Adaptive Enterprise Ontology

MIZOKI3 does not assume a fixed set of departments. The Adaptive Enterprise Integration Layer ingests your systems — CRM, ERP, email, Drive, ads, accounting, internal tools, APIs — and a Department Discovery Engine detects your real structure from org charts, permissions, job titles, folders, and workflow tools. The Adaptive Ontology Builder then maps each department, role, system, workflow, KPI, risk, and policy into the graph — 5 departments or 19, regional units, product pods, or custom teams. The platform becomes company-native, not template-bound.

Subsystem 02

Temporal-Causal Knowledge Graph

A living map of cause and effect. The graph models entities, relationships, obligations, events, and outcomes over time — tracking not just what happened, but what caused it and what would happen if conditions changed. Causal edges bind legal, financial, marketing, and fiduciary signals into one traversable substrate, and counterfactual simulation runs on the same structure proposals are validated against. Every decision makes the system smarter.

Five-Stage Decision Loop (SRDAL)

Five stages. Zero shortcuts. Every decision flows through Sense, Reason, Decide, Act, and Learn — each stage auditable, each handoff verified. Validation and authorization happen at the Gate, so no action is taken without causal justification and policy compliance.

Traverse causal relationships in the knowledge graph to understand what drives outcomes, weigh options, and shape candidate actions.

Score candidates against policy, simulation, and history, then authorize, defer, or escalate through the Decision Control Plane — explicit and auditable.

Execute only authorized actions into enterprise systems — bounded, reversible, and nothing reaches production without passing the Gate.

Subsystem 04

Decision Control Plane

AI proposes. The Gate authorizes. The DCP is a mandatory, non-bypass governance layer between what AI agents recommend and what actually executes. Every action is scored on causal confidence, compliance, simulation outcomes, and historical performance before it touches enterprise systems. When the Gate vetoes, the decision carries the arithmetic, policy citation, and causal trace — not a black-box refusal. Patented.

Causal Confidence

Strength of the causal chain supporting the proposed action — weak inference cannot authorize.

Validation Agreement

Alignment across independent validation agents and cross-lens verification before authorization.

Simulation Delta

Outcome spread between the proposed action and counterfactual alternatives modeled on the graph.

Policy Compliance

Conformance to regulatory frameworks, internal policy libraries, and Counsel-mapped obligations.

Historical Performance

Track record of similar decisions under comparable conditions — institutional memory informs the score.

Subsystem 05

ADC / Agent Layer

For every discovered domain, MIZOKI3 deploys a specialized Autonomous Decision Controller — each with its own goals, policies, data permissions, workflow map, autonomy level, and audit trail. Department, workflow, compliance, customer, forecasting, and executive-intelligence agents coordinate through the SRDAL loop and a shared causal graph, so a marketing signal that ripples into the sales pipeline, the finance forecast, and customer support is reasoned about as one cross-department decision — not five disconnected workflows.

Infrastructure

Deployment Infrastructure

The platform runs on Google Cloud: private VPC, Cloud Spanner property-graph schema for TCO-KG, Pub/Sub event bus, Cloud Run orchestration, Vertex AI reasoning isolation, and customer-managed encryption via Cloud KMS. Infrastructure is designed for regulated buyers who require data residency, encryption control, and auditable execution — not a shared multi-tenant wrapper.
