What we collect

When you contact us at hello@mizoki3.com or request an executive briefing, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message. The marketing site runs no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers — the only on-site measurement is the first-party, pseudonymous kind described in the next section.

Cookies & on-site measurement

To understand which of our landing pages works best, the site records first-party measurement events: a visit to a landing page, a click on a contact button, and whether the pilot section of a page was viewed. Each event carries a short pseudonymous identifier (a truncated one-way hash), a coarse referrer category such as "search" or "direct", and a crawler flag — the raw IP address, browser details, and referring URL are never stored, and none of this is shared with any third party. When a landing-page comparison test is active, the site also sets a single functional first-party cookie named "mv" (it expires after 90 days) so returning visitors keep seeing the same version of the page; it contains only the assigned page version and the pseudonymous browser key, and it is never used to identify you or follow you across other sites. Emails started from a contact button include a short reference tag (for example "[ref A]") in the subject line so we can tell which page led to the conversation.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule briefings, and communicate about the MIZOKI3 platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Platform data

Data processed by deployed MIZOKI3 instances is governed by each customer's agreement. Customer deployments run inside the customer's own cloud perimeter — MIZOKI3 reasoning does not leave it. Customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) are a design target on the enterprise roadmap; encryption at rest is on by default.

Data retention & your rights

We retain inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to serve the relationship. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to hello@mizoki3.com. We honor applicable rights under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.
