• Agent-originated conversions IN BUILD
  An agent-originated conversion is a purchase whose buying journey ran partly or wholly through an AI answer engine or shopping agent rather than a search results page. MIZ OKI is building the classification, shadow measurement and read-side stratification for them — IN BUILD, nothing customer-facing yet.
• Brier and AUC promotion gates IN BUILD
  Before any action class may be promoted past observe-only, its model must show calibration (Brier ≤ 0.20), ranking power (AUC ≥ 0.72) and stable measured lift across at least two purchase cycles — and a human must decide. The evaluator is IN BUILD, observe-only.
• What is a Decision Control Plane? PARTIAL
  The Decision Control Plane is the deterministic service through which every governed action must pass — identity, policy, context-sufficiency and hard-constraint gates in fixed order — before any actuator may execute it. Agents propose; the control plane authorises.
• What is a DEL Score? PARTIAL
  The DEL (Decision Eligibility Level) Score is a 0–100 measure of how much evidence stands behind a proposed action. Below the platform floor of 80.0 the action is refused; above it, authority grows with the margin and is capped. Floors can be raised, never lowered.
• Ghost bids and holdouts, explained PROPOSED
  A holdout is a pre-registered group that does not receive the treatment; a ghost bid is the bid that would have been placed for a holdout unit, logged instead of placed, so the withheld arm has a free counterfactual. Ghost bids are PROPOSED at MIZ OKI.
• What is governed ad autonomy? PARTIAL
  Governed ad autonomy is advertising automation whose authority is earned per action class on an L0–L5 ladder, with fixed promotion gates, a human promotion decision and automatic demotion — never a global switch.
• Incrementality vs platform ROAS PARTIAL
  Platform ROAS credits any conversion that followed an exposure; incremental ROAS (iROAS) counts only the revenue an experiment shows the ads caused. MIZ OKI drives budget decisions with iROAS, never platform ROAS.
• What is a ValidationPassport? PARTIAL
  A ValidationPassport is the sealed, tamper-evident evidence record every governed decision leaves behind — the checks it passed, the pass rate, the hypotheses tried, the consent basis and the model versions — chained per tenant so a later reader can verify the whole series.
